xbox 360 live help?
hi i just recently bought an xbox 360 gold package, i created my gamertag redeamed my subsription and put in my microsoft points…i have a belkin router(wireless)and a motorolla modem.
i have an old xbox one wirless adapter…when i try to get on xbox live it says cant get on must run test.when i run the test it says everything is confirmed(ip address icmp ect..)expet for xbox live and nat…it says xbox live failed i have no idea whats wrong with it and cant get it to work….please tell me if its a compatability problem or not..i tried disableing upnp nothing worked. if u have any answers please tell me cause im going crazy here!
the only way i got the ip to work and stuff is that i conneted to my network useing the wirless router before that nothing worked
just recently i tried it wired and guess what it didnt work either nd i was like wtf
Call your internet service provider and they should be able to walk you through the problem. I couldn’t figure out if you were trying to run it wirelessly. If so, just run it through the wire and that should resolve it.
If not, give them a call. I had a simiar problem when I first got mine a year or so ago. When I called them, they set it up for me. Took less than 5 minutes. Good luck!
