How do I have my home phone and computer plugged in at the same time in the same room?
I’m not talking about DSL, (being on the phone and online at the same time), I just want to plug my phone in and the computer but there is only one phone jack in the room.
I bought a phone spliter at wal mart. You plug your phone line into one side and the other side has two outlets.. one can plug a cord from your phone into the spliter and the other cord will go to the computer. You will need to buy 2 short little phone cords for this to work. Hope this helped.
